MORE ABOUT ME
Passionate about inspiring others to achieve their Business Goals
My journey as a coach commenced following my High School Diploma, marking the transition from Ireland to Milan for my university studies. The vivid memories of butterflies fluttering in my stomach, coupled with the anxiety and a pervasive sense of loneliness and uncertainty, remain etched in my mind as I disembarked at Milan's Airport. As a country teenager hailing from a tiny town in County Dublin, the prospect of adapting to life in a bustling metropolis was daunting. The disparities in language, lifestyle, pace, and environment were, initially, overwhelming.

Determined to navigate this new and unknown world, I took proactive measures from day two. I made my way to the university bookshop, where I acquired an array of self-coaching books. With a month to spare before the commencement of classes, I delved into essential preparations. The initial book addressed conquering anxiety and adapting to a new environment, followed by a guide on socializing and interacting with others, and concluded with a book on life change management.
In a matter of weeks, I found myself comfortably acclimatized to life in Milan, recognizing the advantages of this transformative shift—enhanced educational opportunities, prospective jobs, expanded social circles, and a plethora of entertainment options. Unbeknownst to me, I had embarked on a journey of self-coaching, unlocking my potential to thrive in the vibrant environment surrounding me.
Within weeks, my soft skills flourished. I became adept at effective communication, exhibiting flexibility and adaptability in the face of new challenges. Daily problems were effortlessly resolved, and my time management skills reached peak efficiency. Clear goals and a meticulously defined action plan emerged early on, culminating in exceptional performance across all studied topics and securing employment just a week after earning my university degree.
Having experienced firsthand the transformative power of coaching, I felt compelled to share my knowledge with fellow students. My altruistic efforts, devoid of any monetary compensation, proved immensely gratifying as I witnessed others grasp my suggestions, take action, and achieve instant results. Over time, I earned a reputation as the problem solver within the faculty. Students appreciated my positive attitude and willingness to support them, leading to multiple invitations to faculty meetings. There, I detailed the daily challenges faced by students and proposed effective solutions, solidifying my role as a respected and influential figure within the academic community.
